Terms

ZeroNoise is operated by AI Assessor, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The public site is www.aiassessor.us. Questions about an examination go to founder@aiassessor.ca.

What you buy

One payment buys one examination of one public URL. The fee is 24.99 USD. Schedule 2026.10.9 charges that amount in every country. It is charged once, in US dollars, through Stripe. There is no subscription and no second fee for a reload of the same examination. The operator account info@realtyandradiance.com is not charged. That memorandum is marked complimentary, not paid.

Delivery

Delivery is automatic. When Stripe reports the payment as paid, ZeroNoise opens that URL in a browser when the server has one, fetches up to nineteen further pages on that host, and writes the memorandum into the account that opened the examination. No person reviews it first. No ticket is opened. Closing the browser does not stop a payment that has already cleared: the memorandum appears in Record. A finished examination is usually on the account in under a minute. If the fetch fails, the same paid examination can be run again from its page. That retry is not a new purchase.

What the memorandum is

It is a record of what ZeroNoise could fetch and score under the published method. It is not a ranking, a traffic report, a certificate, or advice to buy a tool. It names no vendor. Read the method before you pay. Marks move only by the published deductions.

Your part

You may submit a URL you are allowed to request as a member of the public. You may not submit a private network, a credential, or a URL whose robots.txt forbids the fetch. Sign-in is with Google or X. You are responsible for the account that receives the memorandum.

Repeat examinations

Every paid examination is 24.99 USD. The earlier percentage ladder is withdrawn, and so is the one-dollar schedule. The next examination is another 24.99 USD. It is not free. There is no code. The count of examinations is still the Google or X account that is signed in, and a different sign-in is a different account. The site does not identify a device to connect those accounts. An examination that was not paid does not count. The complimentary founder account is not part of this count and is not charged.

When the fee comes back

If a paid examination never produces a memorandum, and a reload of that same examination still fails for a reason on our side, write to founder@aiassessor.ca and the fee for that examination is returned. That is the delivery guarantee: the memorandum is produced, or the fee comes back. A memorandum that was delivered is the product. Disagreeing with a mark is not a reason for a return. A site that refuses the fetch, times out, or returns an error is a completed finding when that fact is what the memorandum records.

Limits

The memorandum is not legal, accounting, or investment advice, and it is not a promise of search placement. Liability for a paid examination is limited to the fee charged for that examination. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
