What is stored
The Google account used to sign in: name, email address, and the profile image Google provides. The URL you submit. The country used for the fee, taken from the country you select or, if you do not, from the country indicated by the hosting network on the request. The fee, currency, payment status, and the Stripe checkout id. The measurements and the memorandum. The time the examination was opened and the time it finished.
What is not stored
Card numbers, card expiry, and bank details. Stripe collects those. ZeroNoise receives the result of the payment, not the card. The memorandum is not sold, not used to train a model for someone else, and not passed to a rank tracker or an agency.
Who else handles it
Google handles sign-in. X can be used as the account instead. Stripe handles the card payment and, when an email is on the account, the receipt. If checkout is left without payment, at most one email is sent to that address. It contains the URL and the fee, and no second email is sent about that checkout. Vercel hosts the application. The examination record is kept in a database attached to that application. Google Analytics (measurement ID G-T2DCCQXFY5) records page views on this site: the page, an approximate location, and the device class. It is not used to sell advertising. These parties process the data because the examination is delivered and measured with them. There is no advertising network.
Why
To know which account a memorandum belongs to, to charge the published fee once, and to show you that memorandum again. Country is used only to pick the fee on the schedule. It does not change the examination.
How long
The account and its examinations stay until you ask for them to be deleted. A deletion request to founder@aiassessor.ca is completed for the account that wrote, except where a payment record has to be kept for tax or to answer a dispute about that payment.
Your request
You can ask what is held for your email address, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to founder@aiassessor.ca from the Google address on the account.
